Loretta De Feo, founder of the award-winning independent hair and body care line DIZZIAK, spends most of her work day holding team calls, visiting stockists and meeting with suppliers. Her business has gone from strength to strength since its launch in 2018, having raised funding from angel investors including Dua Lipa, and is now stocked in high-end and premium retailers across the UK.
DIZZIAK was originally conceived as a response to De Feo’s quest to find quality products for her highly textured hair. She was determined to develop a range that would contain nourishing and cruelty-free vegan ingredients to nourish every hair type.
“I’ve always been frustrated with the lack of quality in afro/curly hair products on the street,” she said. “I wanted to create healthy products that really worked, smelled great, looked great, felt great, were effective on all hair textures – no exceptions, no exceptions – and were accessible in main roads”.

“There’s no such thing as an average day for me at DIZZIAK, and since I usually work seven days a week, it’s great to have a device like the Flip that can support my changing schedule,” she said.
